About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Release Manager & Developer to join a major customer-focused IT environment. The role combines release management responsibilities with hands-on Salesforce development and support activities across multiple Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud.

You will work closely with business analysts, technical analysts, architects, and external partners to ensure reliable deployments, maintain platform stability, and contribute to the delivery of new business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Release Management

• Manage Salesforce release processes and deployment activities across multiple environments.
• Maintain source code version control and branching strategies.
• Manage release packages and deployment documentation.
• Coordinate automated build and deployment processes.
• Execute deployments to testing, acceptance, and production environments.
• Support deployment planning and environment management.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams on deployment-related topics.
• Monitor platform upgrades and assess technical impacts.

Development & Support

• Analyze and resolve production incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning technologies.
• Configure Salesforce platform components and security settings.
• Develop customer-facing functionalities using Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and React.
• Manage master data creation and maintenance activities.
• Administer users, profiles, permission sets, queues, and security configurations.

Required Technical Skills

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce deployment lifecycle and release management.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce environment management and branching strategies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Jenkins and Microsoft TFS.
• Salesforce platform development experience, including:
• Apex
• Salesforce Flow
• JavaScript
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• React
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, including:
• User management
• Profiles and permission sets
• Object Manager
• Validation rules
• Page layouts and Lightning pages
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Required Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant

Nice-to-Have Certifications

Language Requirements

• Fluent English is mandatory.
