Project Management Officer (PMO) – (Remote Work Possible)
We are looking for a
Project Management Officer (PMO)
for one of our clients based in Brussels. In this role, you will oversee and support a team of Project Managers, ensuring efficient administration, centralized reporting, and governance for all IT projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Portfolio Oversight
: Coordinate and monitor a large portfolio of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
* Governance & Standards
: Maintain PMO methodologies, templates, and best practices to guarantee consistency and quality.
* Centralized Reporting
: Consolidate project data, produce dashboards and KPIs, and provide clear insights to senior management.
* Risk & Change Management
: Track risks, manage change processes, and ensure proper documentation.
* Continuous Improvement
: Implement process optimizations, digital tools, and training initiatives for Project Managers.
Profile:
* Minimum
5 years of experience
in IT project management or PMO roles.
* Trilingual
: French, Dutch, and English (professional proficiency).
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
