TST Portfolio Manager – Pharmaceutical Development
A leading biopharmaceutical organization is seeking a TST Portfolio Manager to oversee the full technical project portfolio for one of its key products. This is a strategic, high‑impact role within a transversal Technical Solution Team (TST) of eight experts, offering long‑term stability with a mission running through end of 2026 and strong extension potential into 2027. On site presence requested ideally two days/week.
About the Role
You will provide a consolidated, strategic view of all CMC and technical activities related to a product. Your work enables early risk identification, cross‑project alignment, and informed decision‑making across global teams. While close to project management, this role requires a portfolio‑level perspective and strong technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities
* Consolidate all technical project activities across DS, DP, Analytical, Device, Regulatory, QA, CTS, and Supply Chain.
* Monitor and analyze milestones, timelines, risks, budgets, and resources.
* Identify cross‑project dependencies and proactively escalate risks.
* Serve as a key interface between Project Managers and technical SMEs.
* Work with portfolio management tools (Planisware, Integrate).
* Prepare clear, structured reporting and follow‑up materials (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Bring clarity, structure, and strong communication to a highly transversal, international environment (EU, UK, US, Switzerland).
Must‑Have Profile
* Experience in pharmaceutical development.
* Strong understanding of DS / DP / Analytical interactions.
* Ability to quickly grasp technical topics and challenge experts with credibility.
* Structured, analytical mindset with a strong interest in portfolio/project management.
* Comfortable working with IT and management tools.
* Professional proficiency in English.
👉 Technical background is the top priority, even above portfolio management experience.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Planisware or Integrate.
* Portfolio management experience.
* Scientific background (Engineer / PhD).
* Experience in complex matrix organizations.
* French language skills.
