The role of the Delivery Advisor Driver Scheduling: Scheduling incoming transport requests; Ensuring optimal driver allocation; Efficient planning to avoid empty runs; Monitoring shipments and being available during trips to quickly resolve issues; Ensuring optimal driver deployment. Van Management: Inspecting incoming vehicles from the factory and signing the CMR; Conducting quality checks; Organizing inspections, license plates, and delivery; Creating and tracking export bookings; Coordinating repairs at body shops, garages, or workshops and ensure the follow up. Parking organization: Creating and managing a structured parking plan; Assigning labels to vehicles; Regularly inspecting the parking lot; Setting up and maintaining a digital overview for all parties involved.
