Introduction
Accenture Integrated Platform Team (IPT) partners with local teams across Europe to deliver strategic SAP solutions and industry-specific expertise. This role offers the opportunity to join a pan-European team of SAP and banking specialists, driving large-scale digital transformation programs for leading financial institutions. You will contribute to shaping innovative SAP solutions, guiding clients through implementation, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
6. Support client account teams in shaping SAP deals, pre-sales, and solution design.
7. Define business cases and drive them through sales into delivery.
8. Lead, coach, and advise project teams to ensure high-quality services.
9. Assist clients with SAP implementation projects in banking and finance.
10. Stay updated on SAP developments and bring innovative solutions to clients.
Necessary Knowledge / Skills
11. Strong understanding of banking processes (e.g., lending, payments, subledger integration).
12. Experience in SAP Finance for Banking and Insurance, including digital transformation.
13. Subject matter expertise in core insurance and finance processes.
14. Ability to work in diverse teams across regions and coach junior members.
15. Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
