* Manage and coordinate daily activities across several production lines
* Lead, coach and supervise a team of around 40 operators
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (including HACCP)
* Monitor performance, identify issues and implement corrective actions
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (production, warehouse, preparation)
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production environment
* Strong technical understanding of industrial processes
* Solid knowledge of quality and food safety standards (HACCP)
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Flexible, hands-on and willing to work in a 2-shift system
