Then you might be glad to know that we are looking for a Solution Analyst. The teams to reinforce are dealing with the E2E Order Management stack (crm, order management, resource management, billing etc.) & their integration. The domain covers Fixed communication specificities.
Your mission :
1. As Solution Analyst you manage different type of projects where you support the business requirements phase, you define the solution, you specify the requirements towards the IT suppliers and you follow the implementation of the solution until the delivery in the hands of business.
2. You manage and coordinate the delivery of external partners and are responsible to follow the planning, quality and cost of the suppliers.
3. You will work mainly in project mode (Agile or waterfall) and be in charge of the follow-up in accordance with governance, you will be in contact with different people and departments (business Marketing, architecture, IT partners, testing, customer service…)
4. You will develop a proven experience in implementation allowing practical knowledge of integration challenges (performance, negative flows, error management, …)
5. You manage and coordinate the validation of the results with partners & stakeholders and being responsible for the preparation & the execution of the move to production
6. Because you stay on top of things, you will look at technology and market trends that may impact your domain and therefore, you will take a supporting role in identifying opportunities to introduce such technologies in the Orange landscape.
Your profile:
7. You have a Master degree in civil engineering, computer sciences, physics or mathematics
8. You have previous experience as a business analyst
9. You have a good overall IT knowledge & expertise
10. Ideally, you have experience with multi-layer CRM systems
11. Experience in project management is considered a strong plus
12. You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
13. You are structured and analytical
14. You possess good communication and stakeholder management skills
15. You are a team player
