Your team and your responsibilities Team/division descriptionWithin the Quality Function of Toyota’s European Headquarters, the Business Development team is a dynamic, multi-skilled team responsible for the execution of Toyota’s Global warranty policy in Europe, between all stakeholders [end customer, authorized repairer, distributor, head office (TME), Toyota’s Global manufacturing plants and our Parts & Component Suppliers].Your projectThe claim and approval process for warranty involves many steps with various stakeholders. As a part of the team you will study the current flow and find ways to automate manual tasks or simplify the process. With the support of our business and data science experts you will leverage our extensive history to propose machine learning models and agentic workflows to simplify the process and validate the input. In the warranty process there are many stakeholders who require reports with similar data sets. To simplify the reporting you will analyse the current reports, find similarities and propose methods to reduce the total number or complexity of the reports.Overall, you will be part of a team of data enthusiasts, and you will be asked to support development of other existing automation / visualisation projects. Your Profile You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)You have an interest in Data and Data ScienceYou have experience in Python programming, Large Language Models and agentic workflows (Python, Langchain, Langgraph, Streamlit… )You can develop Microsoft Power Automate flows, Power Apps and Power BI reportsYou have strong analytical skillsYou are proficient with Microsoft O365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, Visio, …)You are a team player with excellent communication skillsYou are a team player with excellent communication skillsYou are able to present data in a clear and logical wayStarting date October 2025Duration 6 monthsConfidentialityDue to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report.
