We are looking for a
Digital Technology Label Process Lead
who is
collaborative, solution‑driven and curious
to join us in our
Digital Technology Regulatory team,
based in our
Brussels office in Belgium.
About The Role
You will be working in a team that supports how product labels are created, updated and submitted across the organization. In this role, you will guide digital solutions that support the full label development process, from early scientific profiles through to submission to health authorities. You will partner with regulatory colleagues to understand their needs and translate them into clear digital roadmaps. You will ensure that systems supporting label creation are reliable, secure and compliant, while also helping to introduce new technology that strengthens efficiency and quality. This is a key role in enabling the global transformation program RUBY.
Who You'll Work With
You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with stakeholders involved in creating and managing product labels, including patient solutions, medical teams, regulatory functions, safety experts and digital technology specialists. You will partner with colleagues across integration, security, compliance and enterprise platforms to ensure solutions work seamlessly and remain compliant. You will also liaise with global business leaders to ensure digital capabilities reflect real needs and support future improvements. This role requires strong communication, partnership and the ability to navigate a diverse and international environment.
What You'll Do
* Translate labeling needs into digital roadmaps and capabilities that support the full label development process
* Lead the delivery, support and lifecycle management of digital systems used in labeling activities
* Manage projects and change requests to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within agreed budgets
* Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative ideas based on market trends and best practices
* Guide business partners towards realistic and impactful solutions aligned with clear value cases
* Ensure all label‑related systems are secure, reliable, compliant and aligned with global processes and legal requirements
Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills
* Master degree in a scientific, technical, digital or related field
* At least 3 years of experience in technology, ideally in a GxP environment
* Experience leading projects and working as a product owner or business analyst
* Understanding of regulated environments and rules governing digital systems and data
* Strong ability to work across global, multicultural settings and build collaborative partnerships
* Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
