Your Role: ServiceNow Architect
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our growing team of digital transformation professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and leading the implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions that meet the evolving needs of enterprise clients.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and technical specialists to ensure the successful delivery and alignment of ServiceNow strategies with business objectives.
You will also play a critical role in shaping and delivering key transformation initiatives, from early-stage advisory through to full-scale implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and oversee the architecture of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
* Guide clients through their digital transformation journey using the ServiceNow platform.
* Define and maintain end-to-end architecture views covering business processes, information flows, systems, and technologies.
* Serve as a strategic advisor, helping organizations leverage ServiceNow to drive sustainable business change.
* Provide subject matter expertise across ITSM and at least two other modules such as ITOM, HR, SAM, ITBM, Orchestration, or Service Catalog.
* Lead or contribute to large-scale implementation programs and ensure delivery excellence.
* Provide architectural governance and act as the design authority throughout the project lifecycle.
* Contribute to solutioning activities during bids, including writing proposals and presenting to prospective clients.
* Collaborate with client-side executives, domain experts, solution designers, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive implementation.
* Help craft innovative ServiceNow-led digital offerings and present perspectives at industry forums where relevant.
What You Bring
* Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
* Certified in ServiceNow (CSA + CIS) with deep understanding of ITSM and other advanced modules.
* Skilled in ServiceNow integrations, including web services (REST/SOAP), LDAP, and SSO.
* Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical details to diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to lead architectural discussions, create business cases, and build consensus across stakeholder groups.
* Experience in defining and validating solution designs aligned with client goals and enterprise architecture principles.
* Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch or French considered a strong advantage.
