Responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end business analysis from ideation to delivery, including business case creation and continuous improvement
* Analyze and map existing data flows, user roles, and usage to identify gaps and data quality issues
* Define target solutions, use cases, and data-driven improvements
* Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and SMEs to validate and refine requirements
* Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
* Maintain requirements traceability for impact analysis
* Translate business requirements into test scenarios for product, performance, and UAT testing
* Support data architecture design, solution validation, and prototype quality reviews
* Facilitate delivery through testing, change management, and implementation activities
* Create reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Technical Skills
* Conceptual modelling techniques and methodologies
* Knowledge of IT testing processes and practices
* Understanding of data concepts (Big Data, BI, reporting, dashboarding)
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Understanding of Agile methodologies (backlog management, sprint planning, MVP mindset)
Business Skills
* Strong project management skills
* Experience in requirements gathering and management
* Understanding of workflow and business processes
* Knowledge of the banking and insurance domain (preferred)
