Team/division description
Customer Quality Division in Quality Function of Toyota Motor Europe is responsible for handling technical field campaigns (Recalls, Customer Satisfaction Campaign, Pre-Delivery Correction) in Europe. This involves preparing necessary documents, parts, tools, repair procedures etc., and launching them across our National Marketing and Sales Companies (NMSC) in Europe.
The Business Reform Team, part of this Division, looks at all kind of improvements to boost the efficiency, like improving database structures, development of Digital solutions and systems within the division and beyond.
Your project
You will be working very closely with our permanent team members and members from other related divisions to progress digitalisation projects to improve our campaign operations in Europe.
Typically, such projects start with getting an understanding of the current processes, analyse and suggest improvement areas before proposing and implementing IT solutions.
You will take the full ownership on what could be done (as a first step) via “Power” tools (BI, Query, Automate) and/or Python.
If it would require a more strategic approach and structural IT project, you will perform feasibility study and if judged as OK, prepare the future detailed user requirements (DUR).

2. You are able to process and analyse complex and large amount of data
3. You are process driven
4. You have strong interest / experience in the automotive and digitalisation field
5. You have good understanding of O365 incl. Power BI and SharePoint applications
6. You have a good command of oral and written English. Knowing other European languages is an asset
7. You are a team player with good communication skills, and you are able to present data in a clear and logical way.
8. You are objective and fact-driven and have a creative & innovative mindset
