For our headquarters in Lembeke we are looking for an Senior Corporate Commercial Controller. In this role you are a member of the Corporate Finance team and act as a trusted sparring partner for the Area Finance Controllers. You have exposure to the business in a growing, multinational setting, requiring close collaboration with key stakeholders across the Group.
1. You manage, develop and improve the commercial controlling and reporting processes for the Lotus Bakeries Group.
2. You develop, maintain & train the local Area Finance Controllers/Managers in the commercial methodologies and processes.
3. You are the “go-to” person for all commercial controlling questions related to pricing and cost to serve data. Next to managing these international stakeholders, you also direct one Corporate Commercial Controller.
4. You prepare, analyze and deliver on-time accurate commercial insights towards EXCO and the Board of Directors.
5. You support and analyze the yearly price risk analyses of the Group.
6. You are also responsible for the working capital analysis of the group and making recommendations and discuss with the areas.
7. You follow-up on financial results of dedicated areas and participate in monthly result reviews with the areas.
8. You execute together with the internal auditor commercial audits throughout the group to ensure consistency of reporting within the Group and to assess compliance with our internal policies.
9. You report directly to the Corporate Controlling & Auditing Director.
10. You have a strong urge to understand and analyze the business drivers behind the numbers.
11. You have great communication skills that allow you to tailor your communication to your audience.
12. You are fluent in Dutch and English and are open to travel from time to time.
13. You have an advanced knowledge of Excel, experience in SAP and BI is considered a plus.
