Talent Acquisition Specialist
Contract based - initial contract of 3 months, extensions possible, long term collaboration

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for the organization. We are looking for a talent acquisition officer to join the team for finding the right candidates for different departments.
You'll lead the recruitment of 20-25 open vacancies for the client.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
7+ Years experience within Recruitment, preferably in a similar industry
- Min 2yrs Experience with recruitment of blue-collar profiles in an industrial environment
- 5yrs experience with recruitment of white-collar profiles in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of SHL tests and questionnaires is a plus (OPQ, MQ, G+)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business administration or relevant field
Language proficiencies
- Fluent speaking and writing English
- Fluent speaking and writing Dutch
- proficiency in other languages is a major plus (German and/or French)
