Reporting directly to the Management, you take ownership of commercial development with a high degree of autonomy, design ambitious market strategies and execute them with rigour and intensity.Your playing field: Belgium as the core market, with growing European opportunities to build from the ground up.Management & Commercial StrategyCo-build and steer the annual sales plan in collaboration with ManagementDefine and track annual objectives (revenue, margin, listings, distribution, rotation); lead regular performance reviewsManage, coach and upskill a commercial team: set individual objectives, provide field support, evaluate performance and develop talentStructure and coordinate team activity: action prioritisation, account allocation, team rituals (weekly meetings, briefings, field debriefs)Ensure structured CRM reporting: visits, pipeline, opportunities, forecasts and action plansConduct active competitive intelligence across key markets and propose targeted corrective actionsActively contribute to brand strategy and the opening of new distribution channels, including internationallyWork closely with Marketing, Production and Logistics to align commercial ambition with operational realityOff Trade — Retail & specialised channels (Priority)Drive KPIs with high standards: revenue, volumes, margin, numeric/weighted distribution, sell-in/sell-outIdentify, win and develop key accounts: buying groups, major national chains, specialised retailers and fine food shops in Belgium and internationallyNegotiate listings, commercial agreements, pricing and promotional plans; ensure flawless execution end-to-endMaximise shelf visibility: merchandising, POS materials, product launches and in-store activationsBuild sales forecasts; coordinate needs with production and logistics to ensure product availabilityIdentify new listing opportunities in Belgium and neighbouring markets; maintain a structured prospecting pipelineOn Trade — Horeca, restaurants & cafes (Support role)Support the development of our horeca network: cafes, restaurants, breweries and specialised beer shopsContribute to On Trade key account relationships, with an eye on export opportunitiesYOUR PROFILEYou have the soul of a builder and of an entrepreneur.
