Title: Functional Analyst Expert
Location: Meulebeke, Belgium
Duration: Freelance contract till December 2026 (extension possible)
Job Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week)
Tasks:
* Drawing up functional analyses for the assigned payroll projects/assignments, in consultation with the business analysts;
* Estimating the workload needed to realize functionality in collaboration with other stakeholders/teams
* Contributing to the optimization of existing software;
* Describing test scenarios, preparing test data and organizing test execution in collaboration with the team.
* Testing the developed software against the analyses made;
* Providing support to developers and/or application service desk employees;
* Drawing up documentation regarding the assigned projects;
* Achieving customer satisfaction;
* Contributing to the smooth running of the entire software department;
Must Have:
* You have strong analytical skills with the necessary experience in the field of analysis;
* You are strong in communication;
* You have knowledge of social legislation;
* You are flexible, have a sense of initiative and are open to new challenges;
* You are proactive and solution-oriented
