Digital Trainer / IT Educator
We are urgently seeking an experienced Digital Educator / IT Trainer to support a high-level international environment in delivering training on modern IT tools and solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who combines the skills of a trainer, communicator, and tech-savvy professional. The successful candidate will help users understand and adopt current and upcoming digital solutions across a wide range of platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging training sessions on digital tools and platforms
* Support users with collaboration tools, applications, and emerging technologies
* Create training materials, documentation, and instructional videos
* Organise and lead meetings and training sessions
* Train a variety of audiences, from general users to senior stakeholders
Experience:
* Strong training or presentation skills
* Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
* Comfortable explaining technical concepts in a clear and engaging way
* Able to work independently and learn proactively
* Experience with collaboration tools such as Webex and modern IT environments is beneficial
