Account Executive

We’re looking for an energetic Enterprise Account Executive to discover new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. You’ll play a key role in growing and maintaining our client base, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to account expansion.

Key Responsibilities

As a full-stack Account Executive, you will manage the full sales journey for enterprise clients, including:

* Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential clients through networking, research, and industry events.
* Needs Analysis & Solution Development: Understanding client challenges and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
* Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Showcasing solutions to key decision-makers in a compelling way.
* Proposal Development & Negotiation: Creating and negotiating contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements.
* Closing Deals: Hitting and exceeding sales targets.
* Account Management & Expansion: Building long-term relationships, driving renewals, upselling and cross-selling, and expanding usage within organizations.
* Market Intelligence: Staying up-to-date on trends, competitor activities, and best practices.
* Collaboration: Partnering with internal teams across operations, customer success, R&D, and sales to ensure client success and align strategies.



Requirements

* Proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally in software, SaaS, or security.
* Experience managing the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals and RFPs.
* Strong grasp of enterprise sales processes and methodologies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
* CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot).
* Fluency in English; German, French, or Dutch is a plus.
* Willingness to attend industry events and conferences.



Nice-to-Haves

* Knowledge of access management, identity verification, or cybersecurity.
* Existing network in industries such as chemical, manufacturing, or F&B.
* Startup experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Independent, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
* Passion for technology and innovation.
