In this role, you’ll work on electrical characterization, test automation, and Device Interface Board (DIB) development, playing a key part in ensuring performance and reliability across a range of complex electronic devices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop custom DIBs for integration with production test systems
* Program and manage parametric test automation processes
* Troubleshoot test setups, software/programming issues, and test methodology errors
* Design and build electronic systems and sub-systems
* Collaborate with and support customers and component manufacturers
Candidate Profile:
* Degree in Electronics or related field (PhD a plus; relevant experience considered)
* Strong background in test and characterization engineering, electronic system design, and lab instrumentation (power supplies, signal generators, oscilloscopes, SMUs, logic analyzers, thermal chambers, etc.)
* Experience with analog/digital/mixed-signal components
* Programming capabilities (VHDL/Verilog, Visual Basic, C++, Python)
* Knowledge of comms protocols (Ethernet, SPI, I2C) and PCB design (Altium, PADS)
* Bonus: Familiarity with ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne UltraFlex, Applicos ATX7006, SZ UNITES, or Cohu DiamondX) and mechanical design tools (SolidWorks, Inventor)
What’s on Offer:
