Our client is part of a large international group with over years of global presence. The company is rapidly expanding in Europe, driven by its ambitious culture, agile working style, and mission to enhance customer experiences while delivering high-quality products.

As a leader in innovative, environmentally friendly solutions for battery manufacturing components, the company takes pride in its collaborative team spirit and positive working atmosphere, where commitment and excellence are key to success.

You will play a vital role in the continued success and growth of the European Sales Team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

In addition, you will serve as a backup to the Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist for arranging inbound and outbound shipments, including sample deliveries.

This is an on-site position with the possibility to work remotely a few days per week.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Tier 2/3 accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for business growth and increased revenue. Proactively engage with new prospects and potential customers.
2. Support the sales team with budget planning, setting annual targets, and achieving company KPIs.
3. Oversee day-to-day internal and external operations related to your accounts (sales, marketing, supply chain), ensuring seamless execution and accurate reporting.
4. Provide timely and effective support to customers and internal teams, offering functional guidance and efficiently handling inquiries.
5. Collaborate closely with other departments (logistics, quality, administration, R&D, etc.) to address challenges and seize opportunities for operational improvement.
6. Act as a backup to the Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist during absences, managing inbound and outbound shipments and related documentation, including sample shipments, to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Wat wij van jou vragen:

7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technology-related or business field
8. Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B technical-commercial roles
9. Languages: Fluent in English and proficient in at least one additional language (Spanish, German, or Dutch)
10. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
11. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
12. Curious and adaptable, with a growth mindset
13. Collaborative mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
14. Detail-oriented and precise
15. Strong negotiation skills, problem-solving mindset, and solid work ethic
16. Willingness to travel regularly to key customers (approximately % of the time)
17. Availability to attend fairs and conferences in Europe a few times per year
