Description:
* Ensure the optimal functioning and smooth organisation of the Business Planning Section.
* Represent the section in initiatives and cross-team projects.
* Organise and support meetings, events, and webinars - from planning and logistics to documentation and follow-up.
* Coordinate internal team meetings and streamline internal processes.
* Handle financial and procurement-related tasks, liaising with external suppliers and managing contracts, invoices, and signatures.
* Take on ad-hoc administrative and organisational tasks according to team needs.
* Maintain and update section documentation via SharePoint.
* Build and maintain excellent working relationships across all relevant internal teams.
Profil
* You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
* You bring 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* You have a d vanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
* You're fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* You are proactive, well-organised, and a team player with strong attention to detail.
