To support our growing team, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Assciate to join us in Marche-en-Famenne site, helping us to smoothly run our finance processes.

Your Role
As Accounts Payable Associate at ATB Therapeutics, you will manage supplier invoices efficiently, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support month-end closings in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with company policies while contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives. This is a great role for a professional with 1–2 years of experience in a finance-related role, although we also welcome entry-level candidates to apply.
This Is What You Will Be Working On
* Receive, capture, and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
* Reconcile supplier accounts and statements, resolving discrepancies promptly.
* Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable, ensuring accurate financial records in the accounting system.
* Handle inquiries from vendors and assist with cash management.
* Support month-end closings and compliance reporting.
* Assist in implementing and enforcing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
* Contribute to ERP transition and automation efforts.
Requirements
For a successful fulfilment of this position, we are interested in candidates meeting the following requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
* Previous Accounts Payable experience is not required but considered a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic understanding of accounting principles and the accounts payable process.
* Knowledge of VAT/GST and multi-currency environments is an advantage.
* ERP proficiency (Oracle, SAP, etc.) and strong Excel skills.
* Proficient in English.
