Functieomschrijving

We are looking for a HR Administrative for one of our client. Our client is acting as a Business Partner and offer service at various levels, such as Recruitment, Talent Management, Reward, Finance & Planning and Day-to-day HR Solutions.

Your Function:

1. Perform administrative tasks within the Human Resources department, initially as part of the recruitment and onboarding process.
2. You are the link between recruitment and payroll
3. You are in contact with employees and ensure that they transition smoothly from the candidate to the fully integrated employee.
4. You will have the opportunity to work with our HR tools and help the company and new employees use them

Profiel

5. Have knowledge of HR processes, HR Domain & Social Law
6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar (or relevant experience)
7. Good knowledge of MS Office skills and sd Worx, eBlox onsite are plus
8. Punctual, structured and a good planner
9. Service-oriented, social and pragmatic
10. Fluent in (Dutch, French, English)
11. Team spirit
