Who are we looking for?
1. You have at least 4 years proven experience in coordinating complex changes,
2. You have proven track record as a Project Manager or Business Analyst
3. You are a good presenter who can convey stories well between all stakeholders.
The following is considered a plus:
4. Experience with delivering IT projects
5. You have proven track record in reducing complexity and of delivering complex IT initiatives across multiple teams
Our offer
As part of our innovative two-year training track in collaboration with ING, you will have the opportunity to develop into one of three specialized roles: IT Integrator, IT Business Analyst, or Solution Architect. Throughout the program, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience, allowing you to choose the path that best aligns with your skills and career aspirations. This track is designed to equip you with the expertise needed to excel in your chosen role, fostering your growth and ensuring your readiness to tackle complex challenges within the IT-landscape of ING.
