The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven International Sales Manager to assume responsibility for:
* Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to grow market share and brand recognition across Europe
* Identify and closing new business opportunities with distributors, integrators, farms, and commercial clients
* Travelling regularly across Europe for client visits, training, exhibitions, and product demonstrations
* Providing expert product knowledge and technical support to customers and partners
* Negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
* Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
* Working closely with internal teams including engineering, service, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
The Candidate:
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
* Proven international sales experience (ideally 10+ years) within poultry equipment or allied livestock technology / agricultural machinery
* Specific knowledge of the poultry sector would be beneficial (housing, ventilation, feeding, climate control, automation, egg collection)
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to close deals in competitive markets
* Excellent communication (in English and one or more additional European languages), presentation, and negotiation skills
* A willingness to travel extensively and frequently across Europe
* Self-motivation, proactivity and an ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
