Project Manager Hoogspanningslijnen
Within SPIE we contribute to a sustainable and reliable energy supply for the future. To strengthen our team we are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager – high‑voltage lines (70 kV to 380 kV).
As Project Manager of high‑voltage lines you are responsible for coordinating and leading projects that involve the construction and maintenance of high‑voltage lines and towers, including assembly and mounting of high‑voltage towers up to 160 m.
You ensure that projects are delivered within the stipulated time, budget and quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain a trust relationship to secure customer loyalty.
* Defend price setting to the customer and negotiate within set boundaries.
* Propose appropriate solutions based on the customer’s problem statement.
* Translate technical solutions into realistic performance estimations.
* Launch the project and remain the ultimate owner throughout execution.
* Control and monitor safety, quality and performance throughout the project and adjust as necessary.
* Be responsible for the financial follow‑up/reporting of projects within your portfolio.
Qualifications
* Master’s diploma in a technical field or equivalent through relevant project‑management experience.
* At least three years of leadership experience.
* Knowledge of Office 365 applications.
* Excellent technical and organisational insight.
* Motivating and enthusiastic coach towards colleagues.
* Result‑oriented and focused on return on investment.
* Leadership capabilities and social skills.
* Able to work both in a team and independently.
* Possession of a valid B driving licence and mobile throughout Belgium.
* Good knowledge of French.
