What will you be doing?
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you’ll be instrumental in managing projects and analyzing business needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Project Management: Coordinate end-to-end project lifecycles for digital initiatives and ERP projects. Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
2. ERP Implementation & Lifecycle: Lead ERP initiatives including implementation, configuration, upgrades, data migration, integration and post-go-live stabilization. Manage functional design, testing (system, integration, UAT), cutover and rollback planning.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
4. Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops and interviews. Translate these needs into functional specifications and user stories for development.
5. IT Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor, aligning IT capabilities with strategic business goals and advocating for business needs within IT.
6. Innovation Advocacy: Identify opportunities for innovative technology solutions that drive business value and enhance operational efficiency.
What do you bring to the table?
7. Extensive Project Management Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT project management or business analysis, with at least 3–5 years specifically leading ERP implementations, upgrades or major ERP integrations.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work with diverse teams and external vendors.
9. Digital Transformation Knowledge: Familiarity with process automation initiatives.
10. Language Proficiency: Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
11. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical thinking and initiative to drive projects with minimal supervision.
12. Methodologies & Certifications: Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile are a plus; ERP vendor certifications are a strong advantage.
13. Change Management: Experience driving user adoption, training programs and stakeholder engagement for ERP rollouts.
