Business Development Manager Contract Logistics (Belgium)
Location: Belgium | Full time | 3,5006,000/month + up to 15% bonus
Were growing our Contract Logistics team and looking for a results driven Business Development Manager to help shape the future of our logistics operations across Belgium.
If you have 23 years of B2B sales experience and a solid track record in contract logistics or 3PL, this could be your next big move.
What Youll Do
* Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Belgian market
* Manage deals with contract values ranging from 500k to 1.5M
* Sell warehousing and value added logistics solutions (how many square meters have you closed?)
* Collaborate with operational and solution design teams to tailor proposals
* Build long term client relationships while hunting for new opportunities
What You Bring
* 23 years of experience in sales, preferably within contract logistics or 3PL
* Proven revenue impact and deal closing ability (500k1.5M range)
* Understanding of warehousing, fulfillment, and end to end logistics
* Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach to B2B sales
* Knowledge of the Belgian logistics market and local customer expectations
* Excellent communication in Dutch and/or French, English is a plus
