We are looking for a Learning Partner who is curious, relationship‑driven and solutions‑oriented to join our Talent and Company Reputation team, based in Braine l’Alleud, in Belgium.
About the role
You will be working in a team that strengthens the learning culture across Patient Supply. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and talent teams to design, deliver and improve learning experiences that help colleagues build the capabilities they need to grow and succeed. You will manage the full learning cycle—from identifying needs to implementing solutions and measuring impact—ensuring all learning initiatives align with business goals and global learning standards.
Who you’ll work with
Reporting to a more senior Learning Partner for Patient Supply, you will collaborate closely with learning partners, learning operations, talent partners, subject matter experts and business stakeholders across Patient Supply. Together, you will co‑create learning solutions, champion capability development and ensure that learning initiatives are relevant, high‑quality and smoothly deployed.
What you’ll do
1. Partner with business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate needs into learning plans that align with strategic priorities.
2. Build strong relationships with learning teams, talent partners and subject matter experts to co‑create impactful learning experiences.
3. Develop and propose learning solutions by leveraging existing global resources or commissioning new content when required.
4. Manage learning projects end‑to‑end, from needs assessment to design, pilot, implementation and continuous improvement.
5. Coordinate with learning operations teams to ensure smooth delivery, issue resolution and optimal learner experience.
6. Gather, interpret and share insights from learning data to guide improvements and measure progress.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
7. Significant experience in learning and development, learning design or capability building.
8. Fluent in FR and EN. Experience in Pharma, BioPharma and/or production environment is a plus.
9. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner, influence and communicate clearly across teams.
10. Experience designing or delivering learning programs, including workshops or digital learning solutions.
11. Ability to gather and interpret data to inform decisions and measure impact.
12. Strong planning and project-management capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
13. Learning and development certifications or training are considered an asset.
