Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Core Banking Systems for a large international bank. The ideal candidate is a senior professional with extensive experience in managing teams and a deep expertise in core banking systems, particularly T24. This role involves overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of core banking systems to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Management and Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of core banking professionals, ensuring their development and performance. Coordinate team activities to achieve the bank's strategic objectives.
Implementation and Maintenance: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of core banking systems, especially T24. Ensure the systems' availability, reliability, and security.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to optimize banking processes and systems. Collaborate with other departments to integrate new technologies and meet regulatory requirements.
Profile
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in core banking systems, with specific expertise in T24. Previous experience as a Head of Core Banking Systems in a large bank.
Management Skills: Strong experience in team management, with demonstrated leadership and talent development skills.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of core banking systems, particularly T24. Ability to manage complex projects and work under pressure.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
