At Eolis Group, we’re looking for a Junior Recruiter with drive, curiosity, and the confidence to pick up the phone and connect with people.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll:
* Source and approach candidates
* Conduct interviews and build relationships
* Manage your own recruitment processes
* Work closely with a small, ambitious team
Who you are
* 1–3 years of experience (HR, recruitment, consultancy, or similar)
* Motivated, eager to learn and proactive
* Strong communicator who isn’t afraid of outreach
* Energized by targets and results
* Languages: Dutch, English, French
