As an
L&D Support
, you will play a key role in ensuring that our training organization continues to run smoothly within our growing company. You'll join a dynamic team of six colleagues based at our
Zwijndrecht headquarters
, coordinating various training planning activities for our
national, international, and maritime employees
.
Your responsibilities
* Manage a variety of administrative tasks related to Training.
* Actively participate in planning the weekly and monthly training schedules.
* Enter and maintain information in the
Learning Management System (Cornerstone)
.
* Serve as a
contact person
for training-related questions and communication with our training partners.
* Take ownership of a
long-term project
extending over several years.
* Arrange
logistics for training participants
, including hotel bookings and travel plans.
Your profile
* Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
* A flexible attitude and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
* Proactive, responsible, and a true team player.
* Fluent in
Dutch and English
, both spoken and written.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Experience with
STCW certification
