Freelance Automation Engineer. Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are looking for an additional
hands-on engineer
to support ongoing and future automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Support automation projects across production and process environments Work on
Siemens-based systems, including development, optimisation, and troubleshooting Collaborate with internal teams and external integrators Assist with commissioning, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives Provide hands-on support on-site where required
What You Bring Strong experience with
Siemens automation systems Proven experience with: PCS7 WinCC Unified / Unified environments Solid project experience across industrial/process environments Good understanding of
process-driven industries
(e.g. food, chemicals, manufacturing) Ability to work independently and integrate into existing teams Dutch-speaking
and based locally in Belgium (West Flanders region preferred)
Contract Details Freelance contract (6 months + extension) Start:
April / May 2026 (flexible depending on availability) Location:
