Legal Support Manage and monitor contracts, signatures, and deadlines. Prepare and update legal documents (NDAs, annexes, databases). Liaise with external legal advisors. Bid Management Support Provide administrative support for tenders and ensure deadlines are met. Collect, check, and format submission documents. Organize validation meetings and coordinate input from stakeholders. Cross-Functional Support Manage agendas, meetings, and reporting. Ensure coordination between departments and maintain confidentiality.
