Ph3Overview /h3pThe Director, Channel Portfolio plays a critical role in supporting how the full portfolio performs across channels, shoppers, and customers in the market. The role partners closely with Marketing, RGM, Commercial teams, and the bottler to help shape integrated channel and portfolio activation plans that drive profitable, sustainable growth. This position supports the development and execution of multi-brand activation platforms, ensuring choices are grounded in insights, analytics, and strong financial discipline. The role contributes to local commercial planning, supporting the LRP/ABP process in collaboration with Strategy and commercial teams to ensure plans are connected, integrated, and aligned. The Director brings strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and collaboration capability to elevate channel and portfolio execution and ensure plans land effectively across the system. /ph3What You’ll Do for Us /h3pbSupport Channel Portfolio Strategy and Activation /b /pulliContribute to the development of integrated portfolio and channel strategies that drive consistent execution across At Home, Away From Home, and eCommerce. /liliSupport the design and deployment of multi-brand activation platforms, ensuring alignment with market opportunities, global assets, and sustainability or packaging priorities. /liliPartner with Marketing and Commercial teams to translate strategies into clear channel activation plans and Look of Success guidelines. /li /ulpbSupport Local Commercial LRP/ABP Planning /b /pulliSupport the Commercial LRP/ABP process in collaboration with Strategy, providing portfolio, channel, and activation inputs rooted in insights and financial discipline. /liliHelp ensure coordination and alignment across Marketing, RGM, Commercial, bottler, and OU teams for consistent and connected plans. /liliContribute to improving planning processes through analytics, insight integration, and connection to performance reviews. /li /ulpbEnable Insight Led Decision Making Activation Performance /b /pulliLeverage data, insights, analytics, and financial analysis to support strong investment choices and portfolio decisions. /liliSupport test and learn activation approaches, including new technologies and emerging customer formats. /liliTrack performance of portfolio and activation initiatives, helping drive improved ROI, NSR contribution, and channel execution. /li /ulpbStrengthen System Integration Capability Building /b /pulliWork collaboratively across internal teams, bottlers, and agency partners to ensure activation plans are aligned and executed effectively. /liliContribute to capability building on activation excellence, codifying and sharing learnings and best practices across channels. /liliFoster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement within the commercial ecosystem. /li /ulh3Experience Capabilities /h3ulliStrong strategic and analytical thinker with experience in portfolio strategy, channel activation, shopper or customer marketing, or Revenue Growth Management. /liliDemonstrated ability to work cross functionally in matrixed environments, influencing without authority and building strong partnerships with commercial and bottler teams. /liliComfortable using data, insights, and financial analysis to inform recommendations and prioritization. /liliStrong communication and storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complexity and building alignment across diverse stakeholders. /liliExperience in franchise markets or commercial planning processes is an advantage. /li /ulpBrand Management, Category Management, Communication, Competitor Analysis, Digital Marketing, Finance Strategy, Financial Forecasting, Integrated Marketing, KPI, Leadership, Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Strategies, Media Planning, Microsoft Office, People Management, Price Management, Product Roadmapping, Promotional Strategies, Sales Analysis, SEM, SEO, Teamwork, User Experience Analysis /ph3Location and Travel /h3pbLocation(s): /b Belgium /ppbCity/Cities: /b Brussels /ppbTravel Required: /b 00% - 25% /ppbRelocation Provided: /b No /ph3End Date /h3pbJob Posting End Date: /b May 1, 2026 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
