benefits for their employees. Within the Business Engineering department, we design, develop, and test various applications that efficiently and user-friendly support Employee Benefits/Health Care products and services.
As a Junior Analyst, you will strengthen the Digital Solutions team, focusing on websites and apps for employers and employees.
• Testing: Participate in the functional testing of projects and ensure their quality.
Write the strategy, scenarios, and scripts, research the necessary data, execute tests, and write the progress report.
• Analyze: Contribute to the resolution of maintenance issues and improvement analyses
of our digital applications.
Projects are primarily focused on digital solutions, and the consultant will focus on both digital flows and screens as well as backend operations (interaction between sites/applications and backends).
Identify, understand, and clearly describe the needs of stakeholders, and translate their expectations into concrete solutions.
Seek efficiency gains for management and/or a better digital experience forsite users.
Be able to situate your analyses in a broader context by establishing links with other projects.
• Communicate clearly and listen attentively, which allows you to capture, translate, and present business needs to internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Legal, Operations & IT).
Establish working groups to align the various parties.
Profile:
