Senior Functional Consultant Dynamics CEWe are the Dynamics Customer Engagement team at delaware. You will work on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects from start to finish in a true project mode, with a mix of technical and functional work and a wide range of innovative projects.ResponsibilitiesLead presales activities and workshops with customers.Gather and analyze customer needs, and translate them into sustainable IT solutions using Service, Sales or Marketing business processes.Participate in the project lifecycle including analysis, customization, documentation and training, up until the go-live.Operate in a customer-facing role, communicating effectively, listening well, and coaching junior colleagues as appropriate.Help improve ways of working within the team and contribute to project success.QualificationsMore than 5 years of professional experience as a Dynamics 365 CE consultant or a similar tool, with a focus on Service, Sales and/or Marketing.Experience working closely with customers and in pre-sales.Excellent listener and communicator, fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.What we offerCompetitive salary and benefits, with the option to co-define your package.Flexible/hybrid work arrangements, including remote, office, or on-site at customer sites.Supportive leadership, mentoring, and opportunities for career growth within a dynamic team.
