- Implement IAM/PAM best practices and procedures
- Integrate new business apps and systems into IAM/PAM
- Provide technical support, maintenance, and care of IAM/PAM solutions
- Drive updates and patches with external partners as needed
- Test configuration changes, patches, upgrades
- Investigate and solve IAM/PAM incidents and issues
- Design new features/integrations as requested by business
- Participate in IAM/PAM projects
- Design, develop, and code IAM/PAM workflows and approvals
- Streamline provisioning and access governance
- Configure and tune IAM/PAM platform integrations
- Develop and automate IAM/PAM reporting
- Participate in IAM/PAM audits
- Coach colleagues and develop collaborationHard skills:- Bachelor/Master in Informatics- Scripting: Powershell, VBScript, Python, Bash - Directory services knowledge- Web technologies: SOAP, REST, Java, OIDC - Linux (RedHat) & Windows Server 2016- 5+ years IT experience- English required; Dutch/French optionalSoft skills:- Effective communication- Strong problem-solving abilities- Adaptable and flexible- Teamwork and collaboration- Critical thinking- Creativity and innovation
