Job Opportunity: Operations Analyst (f/m/x)

About the Role
We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join a dynamic operational team. The successful candidate will work in a structured environment where accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to procedures are essential.
This opportunity is open to both junior and experienced profiles. The selection process will primarily focus on skills, motivation, and mindset rather than educational background or years of experience.
After the initial onboarding and training period, employees may have the possibility to work remotely up to two days per week, in accordance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and follow up on internal accounts to ensure timely resolution of outstanding items
* Review and control transactions, files, and bookings processed by operational teams
* Identify errors, inconsistencies, or operational risks and escalate them appropriately
* Maintain and manage FX static data and support the end-to-end FX and Money Market processes, including coordination with offshore teams
* Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external financial institutions
* Prepare regular operational reports, statistics, and performance tracking documents
* Contribute to improving operational processes and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
Profile
* Trilingual: French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues
* Professional, reliable, and comfortable working with structured processes
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
