We are now looking for a Project and Operations Trainee to be the backbone of our growing ecosystem. You will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while supporting our sales and marketing initiatives to deliver excellence at every touchpoint.

Mylo turns fresh dog food into a precision health platform, blending serious veterinary science with everyday feeding rituals to help dogs live longer, happier lives. Grounded in board-certified veterinary nutrition and university-backed research, Mylo designs tailored fresh meals that don't just "meet requirements" but actively target breed, age, and gender-specific risk factors through nutrition and gut health optimisation. Each plan is powered by proprietary functional probiotic formulations, co-endorsed by vets and bioscience experts, so every bite works like a daily micro-treatment. Next year we will be launching our MyloLab working with universities for other longevity initiatives, an exciting journey ahead

Key responsibilities will include
Sales Support: Support day-to-day sales activities, from preparing simple sales decks to help the team close more deals.
Partnership Development: Coordinate with pet-friendly restaurants, veterinary clinics, and other pet-focused stores on consignment and partnerships
Marketing Support: Get hands-on with campaigns by helping plan events, roll out content on social and digital channels, and track performance so we can keep improving.
Customer Experience: Chat with customers, solve simple issues with the ops team.
Data, Reporting & Insights: Keep sales and marketing records, trackers, and dashboards accurate and up to date, turning raw numbers into simple insights.
To succeed in this role, you should
Have a genuine passion for pets and their well-being, valuing family above all.
Want to learn to grow a startup from scratch.
Possess experience in sales within the pet industry.
Exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to make technical and scientific information easily understandable.
Be proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Be comfortable with digital tools and systems for operations management.
Maintain a professional, approachable, and empathetic demeanor, fostering trust while reflecting our brand values.
Be fluent in English and Cantonese.
