For our customer, a leading European food group that manufactures and sells high-quality food products and located in Ghent, we are exclusively looking for anInternational Channel Marketing Manager Artisan Bakery PBFS

As Channel Marketeer Central you are responsible for developing the overall channel marketing vision and strategy. Bring acceleration to your channel through the right channel marketing plans, including portfolio/ innovation, brand and activation strategy.Channel marketing vision & strategyDefine key priorities together with Business Line Management Team and accordingly marketing actions to drive the channel performance (brands activations, innovation, ..)Be the global Artisan Bakery channel expert in the Business line.Activate and leverage international brands like St-Allery, Gold Cup and Opal, supported by the International Technical Advisor for Artisan Bakery.Liaison HQ/Local Commercial teamsEnsure the category management policies (brands, product range, pricing and marketing) are reflected in action plans to be implemented by the all countries through international brands or local hero brands.Support the local teams in the implementation of strategic projects.Install international synergies & share best practices.Align amongst the Artisan Bakery marketing plans of both Business Line.Initiating and managing (international) projects. Coordinate tasks of the International Technical Advisor for Artisan Bakery.Monitors competitors' activities in the Artisan Bakery channel and transform observations into actionable insights.Organize internal training and review meetings.Follow-up of sales of new introductions in the assortment.Spotting gaps in the assortment in close cooperation with the local marketing managers and the International Technical Advisor for Artisan Bakery.You hold a Master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related field and you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar international matrix role in foodYou have experience in B2B Product Management (marketing) and / or New Product Development KnowledgeYou are passionate about food and you have a high affinity with bakery productsData-driven, you bring optimizations based on fact-based analysisSolid Project Management skills, as a good eye for detailsExcellent Communication, presentation and convincing skills, is a great stakeholder manager, in English, other languages are a plusGreat team player, and strong networkers enjoy cross-functional way-of-working, and brings people together behind a visionOur client values each one of our associates and recognize their unique contributions to team successes.We believe in the power of our associates and the value of their actions and support their professional journey by offering internal mobility and promotional opportunities.
