We are looking for 5 students to work parttime (or fulltime) for two weeks in December!
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Assist in the digitalization of physical archives into electronic formats.
2. Organize and label digital files to ensure easy access and retrieval.
3. Scan and upload documents using various digital tools and software.
4. Collaborate with team members to maintain archive integrity and accuracy.
5. Help troubleshoot any issues related to archiving systems.
6. Conduct quality checks on digital content to ensure clarity and completeness.
Who Are We Looking For
7. You should know how to use basic computer applications and digital tools.
8. Being organized and paying attention to details is important.
9. You should be able to work well on your own and also with others.
10. Good communication skills will help you share your ideas and updates.
