What you'll do
Recruitment & freelance talent pool
* Actively source profiles on LinkedIn and job boards
* Conduct qualification interviews with freelance consultants
* Build and maintain a structured, living talent pool
* Match available profiles with ongoing client missions
* Nurture long-term relationships with consultants in the network
Admin & finance
* Manage suppliers and vendors, including related invoicing
* Prepare accounting documents and elements
Team life & office
* Make the office a place people actually want to come to
* Be the go-to person for everything that doesn't have an owner yet
* Organise the moments that build team cohesion
Sales support
* Bridge the gap between client needs and available profiles
* Help prepare proposals and keep the CRM pipeline up to date
What we're looking for
* A genuine passion for recruitment and people, that's the heart of this role
* Comfortable sourcing, qualifying, following up and building a network over time
* Able to handle admin in parallel without it feeling like a burden
* Experience in recruitment, headhunting or talent acquisition is a real plus
* Knowledge of the consulting, digital transformation or freelancing world? Strongly appreciated
* Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a strong asset in our Brussels context
