Senior Business Analyst (Global Process Optimisation Programme) – BrusselsA leading client of ours in Brussels is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join for a long-term, freelance mission.The customer is a global enterprise active in over 40 countries. They are currently running a major internal programme focused on optimising and harmonising core business processes across their global offices — particularly in the areas of Finance, Procurement, and HR operations.They need a business analyst to support the successful rollout of this initiative by ensuring business needs are clearly captured, validated, and translated into structured, scalable solutions.Role:- Lead workshops with process owners and global stakeholders to assess current workflows and identify improvement opportunities- Document functional and non-functional requirements for proposed process and system changes- Liaise with technical teams and solution architects to ensure feasibility and business alignment- Support the definition of KPIs and success metrics for process improvements- Create clear and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences- Work closely with change teams to support communication and adoption across business unitsRequirements:- 5+ Years’ Experience as a Business Analyst- Strong process mapping and documentation skills (e.G.
