We are looking for an experienced
Technology Strategist
to help shape and evolve the company's enterprise technology strategy. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to align business objectives, enterprise architecture, and technology delivery, ensuring future-proof and coherent technology decisions across the organization.
You will act as a key driver of technology governance, enterprise-wide assessments, and strategic transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on cloud, AI, and automation.
Key responsibilities
* Co-create and evolve the enterprise technology strategy and roadmap with senior stakeholders
* Drive technology governance through executive forums such as the Technology Cockpit
* Ensure alignment across business, architecture, and delivery teams
* Translate emerging technologies (AI, cloud, automation) into actionable strategic priorities
* Lead enterprise-wide assessments of the technology landscape (infrastructure, security, tooling)
* Promote shared standards and reduce fragmentation across technology choices
* Support and engage internal technology communities
* Influence and build momentum for transformation initiatives across the organization
What we are looking for
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience)
* 8+ years of experience
in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation
* Strong enterprise-level perspective and experience in complex organizations
* Solid understanding of modern technology trends (cloud, AI, automation)
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Ability to operate at both executive and technical levels
* Strong communication skills and strategic mindset
* Resilient personality, comfortable challenging the status quo
Nice to have
* Experience in the telecom sector
* Experience with enterprise architecture tools (e.g. LeanIX)
* Knowledge of governance frameworks
* Dutch language skills
* Certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe Architect, or similar
