As Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will be to :
* Build and structure the international marketing function across the group.
* Drive brand positioning and marketing initiatives.
* Work closely with sales leadership and product teams to support commercial growth.
* Develop global marketing strategies and ensure consistent execution across regions.
* Oversee digital presence, including websites, intranet, and social media activity.
* Lead the marketing team: hiring, coaching, coordination, and performance follow-up.
* Conduct market analysis to inform strategic decisions and future initiatives.
* Support the implementation of pricing strategies and key customer negotiations.
* Coordinate customer communication, workshops, and sales meetings.
* Build and maintain internal/external networks with stakeholders, customers, and partners.
* Contribute to the yearly budgeting process and long-term development roadmap.
* Promote continuous learning within the marketing and sales teams.
* Solid marketing experirence in a B2B industrial or technical environment.
* Strong commercial mindset and customer‑focused approach.
* Solid digital marketing skills (LinkedIn, website, basic graphic tools).
* Confident with MS Office, CRM/sales platforms, and modern digital/AI tools.
* Able to analyse markets and turn insights into actions.
* Strategic, creative, and hands‑on.
* Strong communicator and natural team leader.
* Organized, autonomous, and comfortable working internationally.
* Fluent in English + French AND/OR Dutch.
