For an international organization, we are looking for a motivated HRIS Integration Consultant to help drive a large-scale HR digitalization project. In this role, you act as the link between HR, IT, and external partners. You will ensure that all HR processes, data structures, and reporting frameworks are ready for the implementation of a new HR IT system. Working in a hybrid model based in Brussels, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of HR. What will you do? Coordinate the preparation and integration of a new HR IT platform as an HRIS Integration Consultant. Analyze and optimize existing HR processes, data flows, and reporting structures. Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and external HRIS integrators to ensure a smooth rollout. Support modules such as HR Reporting, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and HR Administration. Monitor deadlines, identify bottlenecks, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders. Translate complex challenges into clear solutions and document them thoroughly. Your Profile At least 5 years of experience as an HRIS Integration Consultant, HRIS Specialist, or HR IT Consultant. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting. Process-oriented and structured in your approach. Eager to learn and quick to master new systems and technologies. Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus. Resilient under pressure, collaborative, and values clear, transparent communication. Experience with HR transformation projects and stakeholder management. Detail-oriented and precise in your work.
