End-to-end recruitment for both junior profiles and complex, senior roles with a direct strategic impact on the organisation's growth and positioningActing as a trusted and fully-fledged recruitment partner for the businessCollecting, analysing, and translating recruitment data and market insights into concrete recommendationsInitiating and supporting employer branding initiatives (campus recruitment, events, partnerships, content, etc.)Building and maintaining sustainable talent pools for critical rolesActing as an ambassador for Addestino as an employer at recruitment eventsMinimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionYou have a Bachelor's or Master's degreeInitial experience in HR Business Partnering and in coaching/advising consultants, contributing to their personal growth (performance management, talent development, retention)Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French, and a good command of EnglishProven experience recruiting senior and complex profilesResults- and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on progress and qualityConfident and comfortable in conversations at senior levelClose collaboration with business, HR, and leadership
