As a IT support engineer your primary responsibility is to manage our IT applications, our office IT and interfacing to our external partners.The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy individual with good communication skills, ready to handle a broad variety of IT tasks and assist our IT manager in daily operations and improvements.
Responsibilities:
Act as the initial point of contact for IT-related queriesProvide prompt assistance in diagnosing and resolving IT issuesManage accounts and access for employees and external partnersTroubleshoot issues between internal- and external systemsCollaborate on IT projects, such as the rollout of new applications and functionalitiesSupport the implementation of cybersecurity measures
Competencies:
Proven experience 3-5 yearsFluent in French and English with good written and oral communication skillsQuick learner, comfortable with modern toolsPleasant and patient communicatorComputer science-oriented education or technical backgroundPositive, problem-solving attitudeTaking pro-active responsibility/ownership
