Functieomschrijving
* Support recruitment activities, including posting job offers, pre-screening candidates, and coordinating interviews;
* Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees at the client site;
* Maintain and update HR records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality;
* Prepare employment-related documents (contracts, letters, etc.);
* Assist with time tracking, payroll preparation, and benefits administration;
* Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR queries on-site;
* Help ensure compliance with Belgian labor legislation and company policies;
* Contribute to various HR projects as needed by the client or your employer.
Profiel
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
* Fluent in English both written and spoken, good working knowledge of French or Dutch (both is a plus);
* Strong organizational and administrative skills;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;
* Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);
* Flexible and comfortable working in a client-facing, multicultural setting.
